Our very popular  candied ginger chopped in medium pieces, in a chocolate tablette. This is an old time favourite in Britain and is one of our most popular market sellers.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, (milk powder if milk chocolate version) vanilla extract, chopped candied ginger.  May contain traces of nuts.

Available in dark (76% cocoa content) or milk (42% cocoa content) chocolate.

The dark chocolate is suitable for vegan diet.

Ginger isn't very popular in France. Our German-living aunt had sent us candied ginger in the 1980's one Christmas and it stayed in the cupboard, untouched, for over 20 years: nobody wanted it. l am not sure what happened to it in the end, if it got given to the dog or eventually composted. What a pity! l didn't like it then either.
l learned to like ginger in the Uk and I love it now. It is so good for health and such a wonderful, fiery, zingy condiment tubercule.
