The Easter eggs on pre-order.  They will be sent (with the rest of your order if you have some) from the beginning of April, or as soon as they are made, if earlier.
 

The eggs are sold by piece, their weight is variable but is sold as minimum weight (small eggs minimum weight 100g, large eggs minimum weight 220g).
These eggs are either thin shell with a ganache/fondant cream filling and another shell of chocolate, or with thick chocolate shells and loose fillings: Armagnac prune purée prunes dipped in chocolate   or dipped, candied citrus dipped peel. 

There are 2 sizes of eggs, the 8cm full egg or the 12cm full egg .
 They are all wrapped in plastic-free packaging, made from cellulose or PLA starch, and tied with hemp string. 

 

There is a choice of dark, milk, or one half dark and one half milk, which costs £1 extra as it takes more organisation skills . 
 

Here are this year 2025's flavours:

 

  - Plain milk or dark chocolate egg shell  with 1 or 2 Agen prunes with Armagnac prune purée dipped in chocolate
Those eggs will be the only ones with a plain chocolate shell with no filling, but will have the armagnac prunes dipped in chocolate in the hollow of the shell. The small eggs will have 1 prune in and the large eggs 2 or 3 depending on the size of the prunes. 
This is the only egg available in mixed, which will be half shell dark, half shell milk, and for the large eggs 1 prune dipped in dark and milk (unless more fit in)
ingredients: Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell, Agen prune with Armagnac prune puree (Agen prunes, molasses, unrefined sugar, jasmine tea, Armagnac) .
Contains alcohol. Suitable for vegan diet in dark chocolate.


Plain shell with dipped candied citrus peel:
Handmade on the premises, those citrus peel have a bite to them (they are quite chewy)  (l shouldn't have followed the recipe properly, this is what happens when l follow recipes) but are still delicious, citrusy, made with organic seville orange peel and organic grapefruit peel.
2 plain egg shells filled with the  chocolate coated loose peel .
Not suitable for people with teeth replacements.
Suitable for vegan diets in dark chocolate.


 

Easter egg with a shell filling of ganache/fondant cream:


- Rum and raisin ganache: Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell; ganache: milk and dark chocolate, rum-soaked raisins, rum. Contains alcohol, dairy.

- Licorice and anise ganache: White chocolate ganache with molasses, anise and licorice liqueur extract. In 2 layers of milk or dark chocolate. Contains alcohol, dairy. 
 

- Mint fondant and strawberry ganache .
From the success of that very same chocolate in the Apostles box at Christmas, l offer you the possibility of having it in an Easter egg. One layer of FIeld mint fondant and one layer of strawberry ganache on top, closed by chocolate on both sides. 
Contains milk, organic strawberry powder, organic white chocolate, organic fondant, mint essence, sorbitol, fresh cream.

- Rose fondant cream with organic pitiya (dragon fruit) powder:
Rose otto and Absolute flavoured fondant filing with organic pink pitiya powder.
Suitable for vegan diets in dark chocolate.
 

 -  Violet fondant cream with wild blackberry powder: 
Violet flavoured, with Croatia's  Bobica blackberry powder mixed into the fondant filling . 
Suitable for vegan diets in dark chocolate.

- Lavender and blueberry fondant cream:
Lavender flavoured fondant filing with organic blueberry powder.
Suitable for vegan diets in dark chocolate.

 - Île de Ré salted caramel
A soft caramel in milk or dark chocolate.
Ingredients:Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell ; caramel: unrefined sugar,  non-homogenised cream (either Tom Parker or Waitrose Duchy Original's double cream or both), Duchy Original butter, Île-de-Ré salt. 
Contains dairy. 

- Île de Ré salted caramel with toasted nuts:
The soft caramel with toasted almonds, and hazelnuts  in milk or dark chocolate.
Ingredients:Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell ; caramel: unrefined sugar, non-homogenised cream (either Tom Parker or Waitrose Duchy Original's double cream or both), Duchy Original butter, Île-de-Ré salt, toasted hazelnuts, almonds.

Contains dairy, nuts.
