Ingredients missing on boxes and rectifications

l have made a "balls up" of the ingredient lists of the Apostles chocolates (l forgot some ingredients, mispelled some) and some boxes of prunes came without ingredients, or with the ingredients list from last year, which will not make any sense. Thank you for excusing me, please contact me if you are confused. Here is a revision of the ingredients list. Mistakes and missing ingredients are in bold and capitals, mispelled/mistaken words in italic....

Apostles collection 2025

Ingredients:

Chocolate couverture (42% cocoa milk, 32% cocoa white , 548% or 76% cocoa dark chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, [milk powder if milk or white chocolate], vanilla);

1 - Licorice ganache; :   white chocolate: cocoa butter, milk powder, vanilla; non-homogenised cream, MOLASSES, licorice root liqueur, star anise liqueur.

2- Cherry flavoured chocolate and handmade marzipan; cherry powder, ground almonds, agave syrup, sugar, bitter almond extract

3- Baileys ganache: milk chocolate, Baileys ganache

4- Handmade nougat: sugar, EGG WHITES,  local honey,  toasted pistachio, cashew, hazelnut and almond, candied ginger,candied  yuzu and Buddah’s hand, sour and sweet cherries,  mulberries.

5- Cognac and Saturn apple (Apple from Augernik farm, Shropshire); dark chocolate, cognac, soaked Saturn apple pieces

6- Rocher with local hazelnuts (fresh cobnuts from Augernik Farm): milk chocolate, non-homogenised cream, toasted hazelnuts, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESSENCE, acacia gum, sorbitol

7- Raspberry mousse (raspberries from Augernik farm) : sugar, agave syrup, fresh raspberries, organic gelatine, bergamot zest powder

8- Mead and local pollen ganache: meat(not) MEAD liqueur (contains alcohol) local pollen, dark chocolate (NO MEAT IN THIS, spelling mistake )

9- Candied orange or grapefruit peel: sugar, grapefruit or orange peel, from organic unsprayed fruit

10- Rosie's local damson gin: milk chocolate, damson gin.

11- Penybont Spice with local chillies (mild): sugar, agave syrup, local honey, dates, mulberries, sour and sweet cherries, candied orange peel, orange and lemon zest, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper, cinnamon,  local chillies from Kington (mild)

12- Field mint "cream" and strawberry ganache; sugar fondant, field mint extract; cream, white chocolate, organic strawberry powder, sorbitol

13- Rum and raisins ganache with a large soaked raisin; milk chocolate, rum, raisins.

14- Liquid Morello cherry liqueur with garden cherry and grapefruit and rose flavoured white chocolate segment; liqueur cherries, vodka, sugar, organic corn starch, white chocolate, rose and geranium(not) GRAPEFRUIT essence

15- Salted caramel: sugar, non homogenised cream, butter, ile-de-Ré salt

Contains dairy, egg, alcohol and nuts.

Festive prunes:

6 or 12 assorted Agen prunes in chocolate with soft centres

Ingredients:

Stoned Agen prunes, chocolate couverture (milk, white or dark: cocoa mass, sugar, [milk powder], vanilla);

1-    Handmade nougat: sugar, organic egg whites, local honey, toasted pistachio, cashew, hazelnut and almond, candied ginger,candied yuzu and Buddah’s hand, sour/ sweet cherries, mulberries.;

2 -  Licorice ganache : white chocolate, (cocoa butter, milk powder, vanilla); non-homogenised cream, molasses, licorice root liqueur, star anise liqueur.   

3 - Baileys liqueur: Milk chocolate (cocoa mass, milk powder, sugar, vanilla), Baileys liqueur

4 -  ​​​​​​​Rose and almond praline: milk chocolate (cocoa mass, milk powder, sugar, vanilla)  non-homogenised cream, toasted Spanish almonds, sugar, rose essence, sorbitol

5 - Ginger almond paste: Spanish almonds, fresh organic ginger, sugar, agave syrup

6 - Armagnac prune puree and handmade marzipan: Prunes, sugar, molasses, jasmine tea, corn starch, agar; Spanish almonds, sugar, agave syrup, bitter almond essence.
